If you experience a problem with your online order, we’re here to help!

We use an external courier company to deliver our products so although the product will leave us packed correctly and in perfect condition, unfortunately issues can arise in transport. 

 

But fear not, we offer free replacement or refund within 3 days of receiving your order due to damage in transit. A request for replacement or a refund to the original payment method can be made.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

 

Please send an email to tracy@kokombucha.com including your order number and the reason for the exchange or refund.

We will need proof of delivery also so that we can discuss the matter with our courier and always aim to improve our services so this doesn’t happen again.
